Life is beautiful, but it isn't always gentle.
We all face seasons of anxiety, grief, burnout, spiritual confusion, or relationship struggles. At times, the weight of it all becomes too much to carry alone. That's why Mindoman exists to offer you a helping hand in your struggle.
I'm Dr. Fr. Sojan Peekunnel, a Capuchin priest and counsellor. I welcome you into a space that is safe, confidential, non-judgmental, and compassionate, where your story is honoured and your struggles are met with deep respect and care.
At Mindoman, I integrate the wisdom of psychology with the richness of spiritual insight. This holistic approach honours every part of your being: emotional, relational, spiritual, and human. Whether you seek healing from past wounds, clarity in confusion, or simply a moment of stillness in a noisy world, you are welcome here.
This is not just counselling; this is companionship. A gentle walk together toward peace, toward healing, and toward rediscovering the beauty and strength that already live within you.

Reflections on meaning, purpose, and resilience
The Power of "Why": Nietzsche, Viktor Frankl, and the Search for Meaning
"He who has a why to live can bear almost any how."
This powerful idea, originally expressed by Friedrich Nietzsche, became world-famous through Viktor Frankl and his remarkable book Man's Search for Meaning.
Frankl, a Holocaust survivor, witnessed unimaginable suffering inside Nazi concentration camps. Yet he observed that people who held onto a sense of purpose, love, hope, faith, family, or unfinished dreams, were often mentally stronger than those who lost meaning in life.
His conclusion was simple but profound: humans can endure extreme hardship when they have a reason to keep going.
In today's world, many people chase comfort, success, and distraction, yet still feel empty. Frankl's work reminds us that happiness alone is not enough. What truly sustains us is meaning.
A strong "why" can help us survive failure, pain, uncertainty, and struggle. Without it, even small problems can feel overwhelming.
The quote remains timeless because it reveals a deep truth about human resilience:
Purpose does not eliminate suffering, but it gives us the strength to endure it.
So, find your why.
Find your meaning.
And find your purpose in life.
Take the first step towards healing today.
